　　1.Pressure transmitter

 

　　壓力變送器也稱差壓變送器，主要由測壓元件傳感器、模塊電路、顯示表頭、表殼和過程連接件等組成。它能將接收的氣體、液體等壓力信號(hào)轉(zhuǎn)變成標(biāo)準(zhǔn)的電流電壓信號(hào)，以供給指示報(bào)警儀、記錄儀、調(diào)節(jié)器等二次儀表進(jìn)行測量、指示和過程調(diào)節(jié)。

 

　　Pressure transmitter is also called differential pressure transmitter,which is mainly composed of pressure measuring element sensor,module circuit,display meter,watch case and process connection.It can convert the received gas,liquid and other pressure signals into standard current and voltage signals to provide secondary instruments such as indicating alarms,recorders,regulators,etc.for measurement,indication and process adjustment.

 

　　壓力變送器的測量原理是：流程壓力和參考?jí)毫Ψ謩e作用于集成硅壓力敏感元件的兩端，其差壓使硅片變形(位移很小，僅μm級(jí))，以使硅片上用半導(dǎo)體技術(shù)制成的全動(dòng)態(tài)惠斯登電橋在外部電流源驅(qū)動(dòng)下輸出正比于壓力的mV級(jí)電壓信號(hào)。由于硅材料的強(qiáng)性優(yōu)良，所以輸出信號(hào)的線性度及變差指標(biāo)均很高。工作時(shí)，壓力變送器將被測物理量轉(zhuǎn)換成mV級(jí)的電壓信號(hào)，并送往放大倍數(shù)很高而又可以互相抵消溫度漂移的差動(dòng)式放大器。放大后的信號(hào)經(jīng)電壓電流轉(zhuǎn)換變換成相應(yīng)的電流信號(hào)，再經(jīng)過非線性校正，校正后產(chǎn)生與輸入壓力成線型對(duì)應(yīng)關(guān)系的標(biāo)準(zhǔn)電流電壓信號(hào)。

 

　　The measuring principle of the pressure transmitter is:the process pressure and the reference pressure respectively act on the two ends of the integrated silicon pressure sensitive element,and the differential pressure causes the silicon wafer to deform(the displacement is very small,onlyμm level),so that semiconductors are used on the silicon wafer The fully dynamic Wheatstone bridge made by the technology outputs a mV-level voltage signal proportional to the pressure under the drive of an external current source.Due to the excellent strength of silicon material,the linearity and variation index of the output signal are both high.When working,the pressure transmitter converts the measured physical quantity into a mV-level voltage signal and sends it to a differential amplifier with a high amplification factor that can offset temperature drift.The amplified signal is converted into a corresponding current signal by voltage and current conversion,and then after nonlinear correction,a standard current and voltage signal corresponding to the input pressure in a linear relationship is generated after correction.

 

　　二、一體化溫度變送器

 

　　2.Integrated temperature transmitter

 

　　一體化溫度變送器一般由測溫探頭(熱電偶或熱電阻傳感器)和兩線制固體電子單元組成。采用固體模塊形式將測溫探頭直接安裝在接線盒內(nèi)，從而形成一體化的變送器。一體化溫度變送器一般分為熱電阻和熱電偶型兩種類型。

 

　　The integrated temperature transmitter generally consists of a temperature measuring probe(thermocouple or thermal resistance sensor)and a two-wire solid electronic unit.The temperature measuring probe is directly installed in the junction box in the form of a solid module to form an integrated transmitter.Integrated temperature transmitters are generally divided into two types:thermal resistance and thermocouple.

 

　　一體化溫度變送器的輸出為統(tǒng)一的4～20mA信號(hào);可與微機(jī)系統(tǒng)或其它常規(guī)儀表匹配使用。也可用戶要求做成防爆型或防火型測量儀表。

 

　　The output of the integrated temperature transmitter is a unified 4-20mA signal;it can be matched with a computer system or other conventional instruments.It can also be made into explosion-proof or fire-proof measuring instruments as required by users.
